We lead with the wonderful launch of Sedgefield's new 'En Route Arts Festival' - and there's a double page spread of the program in the centre pages - with acts coming from all over South Africa to entertain you, then we discuss the just approved Municipal budget , and why it's causing such frustration (25% increase in refuse tariffs, to start!), plus details of the Green Fine (read estuary pollution etc etc).
